Central AC/heating, washer/dryer, gas fire place, open floor plan in the general living areas, and close proximity to many conveniences, stores, restaurants, theaters, e.g., Trolley Square, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, coffee shops, the Trax light rail system, 9th and 9th, Liberty Park, SLC Public Library, Steiner Aquatic Center, and more. This is a private end unit with new updates throughout and underground secure parking. Rent includes water, gas, 1 underground/secure parking space, building/outdoor maintenance, garbage/recycling, snow removal, cable television, and basic appliances (utensils/dishes, vacuum, internet router for Google Fiber, and Netflix/Amazon ready smart TV – if you have your own that you want to bring with you, that’s fine, too), as well as use of pool, sauna, hot tub, club room, outdoor patio/grills, and exercise room.
