About This Property
The Montreux. I used to live in this building myself, and loved it. The location is perfect - you're walking distance to downtown, South Lake Union, Queen Anne... You're steps from great restaurants, supermarkets, theatres, museums, concerts and sporting events at Key Arena, all the many festivals that take place at Seattle Center, cinemas, dry cleaners, bars, cafes... The building is well maintained and modern, with a small but useful exercise room (it was enough to keep me from paying for a gym membership elsewhere), a business center, a great rooftop deck (with brilliant views), conference room, and an on-site building manager. This unit also comes with a permit to use the common garage. The flat itself is a well-laid out one bedroom with an open kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. It has a balcony that overlooks a surprisingly quiet, tree lined street, and has a view of the top of the Space Needle. Unlimited data, high-speed internet is included for free. Thanks for your interest, and all luck finding a place. - John
