We share the front door, back deck door and garage door. The home is located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, with lots of kids playing in the streets in Summer. We are 1 block from the Wonderland Creek bike path near Palo Parkway and 30th Street. **The rent includes garage parking. 2nd space available for $75/month. Looking for a clean and responsible person/couple who will clean up after themselves. About the owner: "I am middle aged, enjoy the outdoors and rafting. I work from home at times, and may have appointments with clients at my home office. I occasionally burn fragrance free candles, and essential oils, and play music. I don’t watch TV, but I do watch movies. I am easy going and friendly. My intention is to maintain and co-create a meditative, contemplative, fun, adventurous and exploratory space where all people, animals and the earth are invited and welcome to share their ideas, plans, theories, beliefs, wishes, trials, etc. Personal transformation and conscious evolution is welcome here." There are currently no pets. One well behaved dog or cat is welcome with a deposit. The yard is fenced and safe. $1650 per month plus 1/4 utilities. One month security.
