It comes partially furnished or unfurnished. The upstairs had been painted in August 2023 and the carpets professionally steam cleaned. Please see the attached 2nd floor plan. We would share the first floor common areas: living room,/dining room/kitchen and entry bathroom. We also share full laundry (in the basement), a deck and a fenced backyard. We share the front door, back deck door and garage door. The home is located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, with lots of children playing in the streets in Summer. We are 1 block from the Wonderland Creek bike path near Palo Parkway and 30th Street. **The rent includes garage parking. I am looking for a clean and considerate person/couple who will clean up after themselves. About me: I am middle aged, enjoy the outdoors and rafting. I work from home at times, and may have appointments with clients at my home office. I occasionally burn fragrance free candles, and essential oils, and play music. I don’t watch TV, but I do watch movies. I am easy going and friendly. There are currently no pets. One well behaved dog or cat is welcome with a deposit. The yard is fenced and safe. $1,650 per month plus 40% utilities. One month security. Credit, references and income checks are required.
