Guests have full access to resort-style heated pool, a 24/7 fitness center, fire pits and BBQ lounge, ping pong and games, and community workspaces. Access to building amenities is provided via fob. Located in a prime Arcadia neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by walkable dining options. The building boasts stylish red brick urban design and is conveniently situated. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, ending at 7 am. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, with a $500.00 surcharge for groups being deceitful about the use of the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in the community, with a $500 fine plus the cost of an ozone machine for violations. An early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or the agreed-upon time. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Guests will be charged for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when not in use and turn off all lights when not in use to be mindful of utility use. Garbage should be picked up daily via valet service between 6 - 7 pm and not left inside the unit upon check-out. An additional $10 per guest after 3 guests will be charged. A $100 charge will apply if any games or remotes are missing.
