One of the bathrooms is attached to the primary bedroom and the other is shared between the last two bedrooms. Below grade is an unfinished basement, providing added space to be used for a game room, bonus room, or storage. This property is leased jointly, with a monthly rent of $1,800. A $1,800 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. Water is included in the monthly rent, as it is serviced through a private on-site well. Electricity, serviced by Blue Ridge Electric, Cable and Internet, trash and snow removal, propane/oil, and yard maintenance are all responsibilities of the tenants. There is also a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer included as an added amenity. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along!
