I need to return to Boston, and my landlord is allowing me to break my lease. The move in date is December 15th. You would be signing a one year lease with the option to sublet if you needed to leave. The apartment is in the back of the building(no noise from the street, in a third floor walk up, has huge windows in every room, a very large living room, separate kitchen, and two big bedrooms, full bathroom, brand new with bathtub and sliding doors. The bedrooms have all fit queen sized beds and dressers with extra space, have two huge windows, full LARGE closets with sliding mirrored doors, and storage space in the closet, hallway, and above both closets in each room. The bathroom and kitchen have many cabinets. No dishwasher, laundry downstairs, hardwood floors. Apartment will be repainted and thoroughly cleaned. There are so many outlets too. The landlord is amazing, they are there for you no matter what time of day and understand all situations. They have been nothing short of awesome. To move in: 60 dollar credit check fee (paid to landlord) 100 dollar lease draw up fee (paid to landlord) (No broker fee) A copy of your license/passport Fill out an Application Either two recent pay stubs or bank statement or an offer letter showing your salary It is a 2500 security deposit It is 1250 total for just half of December, and 2500 a month after that (1250 per person per month) Your total to move in would be 3070 on Dec 15th plus those small fees above. I have absolutely loved this apartment as a working 26 year old. The area is amazing as well! I am available to show it anytime, as I'm not working right now. SERIOUS inquiries only please.
