3 bedroom, 2 bath spilt bedroom ranch style home on quiet dead end street. The main living area and kitchen have hard wood flooring in an open concept design. In the kitchen, there is a closet pantry, lots of cabinetry, and huge countertop space. The large primary bedroom has a full bath and walk-in closet. At the opposite end of the home are the other two bedrooms and a full bath. A bonus room adds to the living space. The garage has been subdivided so is great storage space and could be used for vehicles like motorcycles. Like most homes in the area, "air conditioning" is provided by a roof mount swamp cooler. Furniture in the photos is NOT included with this rental. Tenant qualifications include: Verifiable income at least 2 x's the rent, preferred credit of score of 650 or higher, and stable rental/home ownership history. No pets. No smoking, which includes vaping and e-cigarettes, is permitted in the house or any where on the premises. Tenant sets up and pays for gas, electric, and trash - all required and may also opt to set up internet and/or cable service. Sewer charges are billed with the rent each month. Current fee through December is $32.18 per month The property owner pays for water service. Tenants are to maintain a renter's insurance policy throughout tenancy. The application process includes background and credit checks.
