It's also a 20-minute drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). This is a strictly no-parties home, with zero exceptions. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning and damage fees will apply. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
