Indulge in the luxury of a private pool and hot tub in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. The Solterra Resort amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, a playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway, and there are additional parking spots on the street next to the home, although availability cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. A week's notice is kindly requested. Just a 25-minute drive from Disney, 30 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, everything you need is at your fingertips. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
