The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Of the remaining bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has two twin-size beds -- both rooms have a view of the Bay. Washer and dryer on premises. One parking space in driveway. No smoking or pets permitted. Owner requires tenant to pay for professional cleaning upon move-out, fee included in deposit. Applicant(s) subject to background check and application fee. Note: There is a separate apartment located below the house; Tenants in the house cannot access the apartment and vice versa.
