This is a 2 bedroom, lower level apartment in a quadplex in Goshen, IN. The is not a laundry hookup in this unit. Photos will be posted after the apartment is redone. The application costs $10 and the tenant Screening costs $35.Please take time to fill out the application in its’ entirety. Applicants that do no give phone numbers of previous landlords and current supervisors are not processed. Please be aware that you will also need to complete a tenant screening.
