This is a 2 bedroom, lower level apartment in a quadplex in Goshen, IN. The is not a laundry hookup in this unit. Photos will be posted after the apartment is redone. The tenantive move- in date will be mid- June.Please visit my website to view all details and pictures as well as see a list of criteria for each house. If you are still interested in the house, feel free to apply using the site.Need not apply is you have prior evictions, accounts is collections, or a felony record. The application costs $10 and the tenant Screening costs $35.Please take time to fill out the application in its’ entirety. Applicants that do no give phone numbers of previous landlords and current supervisors are not processed. Please be aware that you will also need to complete a tenant screening. Upon completion of your application, you will receive an email requesting that you complete the screening.
