We have a renowned nugget couch. We furnished this cozy home with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed sofa that can be converted into a queen bed. You will love our spacious backyard patio with barbecue grill, outdoor seating decorated with string lights. The house has everything your family or group needs to live comfortably for long stay. We equip the house with essentials such as cooking oil, napkins, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, dishwashing laundry detergent that will be sufficient for the first week of your stay. We have 2 vacuums and some basic cleaning supplies for your use too! Amenities such as fast wifi, netflix (bring your own account), hair dryers (2), storage area, dishwasher, first aid kit, yoga mat are all here. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. You will find most of what you need in the kitchen for you to comfortably cook your best meal including baking sheets and blender. There is a 2-car driveway in the back of the house, and we will provide 2 street parking permits as well on request ($45 charge in case of loss) We have video doorbells set up in the front and back doors. You will also be provided with the access to the camera during your stay. House is also equipped with smart thermostats. We also have filtered water system installed for you. You will be responsible for taking out the trash/recycling, snow removal and lawn maintenance during your stay. This home has witnessed the history of Clifton, so it will need some love and care. Absolutely no parties or loud noise is allowed. No type of smoking. No shoes in the house please. Owner pays for internet and water. Tenants pay for gas and electricity. Snow removal and necessary lawn care (following the city guidelines) are tenants responsibility. Only service dogs and small dogs less than 20 pounds allowed with an extra cleaning fee of $250. No smoking, shoes, loud music, and parties allowed.
