About This Home
Be the first to rent this newly renovated gem. It has been painstakingly redone from the bottom up. Starting the with main level, the flooring has been replaced with LVP in just about everywhere except the tile that was left in the foyer and kitchen. The kitchen was taken down to the walls with new white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, all new stainless appliances including refrigerator. There are brand new sliders leading to the patio and the deck and new front door and storm door that lead you in. The powder room has a new vanity with a quartz top, mirror, hardware and toilet. As far as the mechanicals go, once again it's all new furnace and hot water heater. The ceilings were made smooth (throughout) and new LED recessed lights were added just about everywhere. The steps leading upstairs had the carpet removed to expose the natural wood. Both bedrooms have new flooring and ceiling fans along with new bath vanities with quartz tops. Lastly, the entire place was painted, including the trim. There will also be parking lot and pool improvements (already underway). So, as you cans see, it's like getting a brand new place but it's in a great North Raleigh location. Take the Greenway around Lake Lynn. Only minutes to Crabtree, Target, the movies and restaurants galore. Get your fresh start in a place that has also got a beautiful fresh start.

Northwest Raleigh features a unique combination of residential neighborhoods and convenient shopping centers all in park-like setting. City planners wanted to preserve as much of the landscape as possible while also making a way for a sprawling city in need of high-quality, affordable housing. The major routes in this part of town are lined with mature oaks and plenty of greenery. Shopping malls and retailers like Crabtree Valley Mall blend into this park-like community seamlessly, and often can’t even be seen form the road. Although this neighborhood is known for being residential, you can find many major attractions nearby like the North Carolina Museum of Art off Blue Ridge Road. Many Raleigh residents call this section of town home because if provides affordable apartments complexes, established subdivisions with large lots, and convenient access to Downtown Raleigh, located less than 10 miles away.

Coldwell Banker Advantage
It is hard for me to fathom now that for over 24 years I have been in this business. I've worked through some good times and some bad. My business has survived the 9/11 tragedy, the financial market collapse in 2007, and now the Covid episode. This career has enabled me to put my kids through college and know more about the Triangle and real estate than I ever thought possible. I'll be the first to admit that you can never know it all. That's what makes this job exciting to me. Not once in 24 years have I woken up and said "I hate my job and I need to do something else." There are similar situations in the home buying and selling process but everyone is unique and every circumstance is always different. The beauty of longevity in this business is learning something more from each client experience and gaining the knowledge of how to deal with the new and surprising situations that can, and will, arise. It is amazing to me how the Triangle continues to explode. I have lived here for my entire life and feel like we've grown up together. Along the way both of us have had some growing pains but, I feel like at this point, we've both learned so much from them and are all the better for it. I have always, do still and will always be proud to call this place my home, likely forever. I love working with people who are excited about either moving here for the first time or moving within the area. Always have and always will. Even you are reluctant because you “have” to move here I can show it to you in a way that you’ll likely feel at home very quickly. I know you can’t replace family, but the Triangle provides such diverse offerings and you’ll find that it’s got something here to make you feel connected. It has continuously been a great place to live and I don’t need a list to tell me that. I can't thank my grandparents enough for choosing to settle in Raleigh, NC over a hundred years ago. It is a privilege to say I am a lifelong resident. I did venture to Chapel Hill for college and got to love it there as well, so the Triangle has always been a part of my life. My roots here are deep but my love for this place is even deeper. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, let me help you experience the Triangle through the insights I have acquired. I am very willing to share. So make the connection and get ready to sit back, laugh, learn and enjoy the ride as you see what it looks like through a native son’s eyes!
