You will be in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of all major attractions. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Pets on the premises without advance written permission will result in the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Dirty towels and linens can be washed in the washer and dryer. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash.
