About This Property
2 bed, 1.5 bathroom home in Sequim, close to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. Kitchen includes a fridge, electric range, and dishwasher. One half bathroom in the laundry room, and a second bathroom in the hallway. Laundry room has hookups only (bring your own washer and dryer). Large living room with double doors to the back yard. House is heated and cooled with a ductless heat pump and electric wall heaters. Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity), and yard care is the tenants responsibility, so please make sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be willing to pay a landscaper to handle it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $150 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee, and $1,350 security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
