The unit also includes a washer/dryer. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, and towels. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Located in the charming Saint Anthony West neighborhood of Minneapolis, this apartment is just a block away from BF Nelson Park and Nicollet Island. Enjoy urban living and outdoor recreation, with easy access to bike trails through Boom Island Park, the lighthouse, and the Stone Arch Bridge. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out on time. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150 for keys or fob and $200 for garage door opener if any. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. A 48-hour notice is required prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. All guests must complete a background check and submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. The building reserves the right to refuse entry if the background check fails. An $8 background check fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking.
