The bathrooms are spa-style with high-pressure showers and include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Townhouse parking includes a garage with capacity for 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller. No street parking is allowed and vehicles may be towed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are not permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295), plus a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this townhouse is approximately 10 minutes from the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium, Plaza Midwood, and NoDa Arts District, and approximately 15 minutes from SouthPark Mall. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation. No parties or events are allowed and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee of $49. All guests 18 and older must provide identification prior to check-in.
