The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 400H
Hands down the best place to live in downtown Raleigh! We spent around 14 months here and the team of Jacob, Sarena, Carrie, Lexiam and Michael were always incredible. One of our favorite things about 400H was the amazing concierge service. This team (Mia during the day time) was a huge part of our amazing experience as they communicated to us regarding packages, pet sitters, DoorDash deliveries and so much more. The community is so clean and the gym is also incredible for an apartment community. They also have electric chargers for cars which is really nice! We can’t recommend 400H enough if you are looking to live in downtown Raleigh!

As a life long renter and an admittedly particular person who likes order and cleanliness, 400H is in my top 3 favorite places I've lived. I love the layout of my apartment, the light from my windows, and my balcony with the best sunset views of DT Raleigh. I haven't had many maitnenance issues, but the couple of times I've needed to call or put in a maintenance request they've been very responsive. Lastly, you can't beat the location, close to dinining, shopping, great walkability and it's central to most of Raleigh, making it quick and easy to get to most places.

I've had such a great experience living at 400H! From the very beginning, the leasing team was incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming—they made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. It's clear they genuinely care about residents and take pride in their work. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and always spotless, from the lobby to the amenities to the hallways. You can tell the management and maintenance teams put in a lot of effort to keep everything looking its best. Another huge plus is the location—everything I need is just a short walk or quick drive away, whether it’s restaurants, parks, or shopping. Super convenient without feeling too busy or crowded. And lastly, I appreciate the friendly community of residents. Everyone I've met here has been kind and helpful with offering suggestions from dining to dog trainers. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality living experience!

If there is any additional feedback you can provide on how we further enhance the overall rating, we would love the opportunity. Thank you again! -Ashley Hawkins, Community Manager
It has been more than 25 years since either of us has lived in an apartment community. We are pleasantly surprised with the ease of moving from a large home into a smaller apartment home, and we realize that a lot of this ease of transition is due to the 400H Team here in downtown Raleigh. From Ashley to Jacob in marketing/leasing to Mia, YaYa, Chosen, and Thai in Concierge, we are made to feel so welcome, so appreciated, and so at home. It has only been a little more than 3 weeks since we officially moved in, and we feel at ease calling this home already. The cleaning team is a joy to interact with and every aspect of this building is immaculate. I never smell any type of cigarette, vape, or weed and I know that is because the management here enforces the non-smoking vibe. I use the gym and yoga studio almost every day and often times I have the place to myself. It is so well maintained and has state of the art equipment, great free weights, and TRX to keep me strong. The amenity lounges are beautiful and have sweeping views of the city that I never tire of.

Hi there - Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. 100% satisfaction is our goal! Great to see 400H Apartments has given you such a great experience. -Ashley Hawkins, Community Manager
Since walking in the door of the 400H lobby my husband and I sensed we had come "home." Then when Jacob, the leasing agent, met us with such genuine kindness and a smile that makes you smile, we became even more confident that this was soon to become our community of friends. Our new apartment home is spectacular. The windows provide views of a gorgeous sunset, trees that I am certain will be spectacular in Spring, Summer, and Fall with color, and city lights at night. This is exactly what we had been searching for. We toured several apartment communities back in Tampa where we used to live and in Raleigh before making our decision to call 400H our new home. Some of those communities offered comparable amenities, but none of them felt like home until 400H. We did our research and read reviews about every place we toured. The reviews surrounding 400H are stellar, and the reason partly (we think) is because of the management company Greystar. It appears that they truly know what they are doing and they lead a great team that provides support for the entire staff. Lastly, we have met some of the nicest people in our building and it's only been a few weeks. Lots of upbeat, kind, and friendly people coming & going. We love that it is a non-smoking and non-vaping community. That was an important factor for us in making our decision to call 400H home.

As my neighbor and I say, "We are blessed to live in this building." 400H is a Graceful space, full of beauty. It is truly a joy to be here. I'm in awe of the serendipitous way that I found 400H, as blessings often are, and I've noticed a waning desire to travel since making 400H my home.
