Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
