About 400 Amboy Ave Metuchen, NJ 08840
This complex is still very new, so it is fully equipped with beautiful new hardwood floors, a washer and dryer, and great kitchen appliances. It has a large closet in the bedroom and also a very large pantry closet. Has central A/C and gas heating. There is so much great window light in the apartment during the day, and it looks out towards the Middlesex Greenway which is very green and filled with runners and cyclers on nice days. This is located next to the train tracks, but it is a second floor unit on the opposite side of the train, so it has plenty of privacy, and the apartment is extremely insulated so you can barely hear the train. The location is ideal for commuters as it's just blocks from the Metuchen train station, which will get you into NYC in 45 minutes, Princeton in 40, New Brunswick in 10 and Metropark in 5. It's also very close to all major highways in NJ. It's also 2 minutes walking distance from Whole Foods, and less than a mile from Costco, Walmart and Aldi. There are a ton of awesome local restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Metuchen, beautiful neighborhoods and parks, all in walking distance. You get an assigned parking spot, and there is easy street parking if you have more than one car, but you really don't need a car here as everything is footsteps away.
400 Amboy Ave is an apartment community located in Middlesex County and the 08840 ZIP Code.
