Location at its finest. Walk to the East Bay bike path, Narragansett Bay and Colt State Park and close to all that the wonderful Downtown Bristol has to offer. We are renting the in-law suite of our house, which has a separate entrance from the main house. The in-law suite boasts a completely re-done kitchen with quartz countertops, new flooring and all new appliances. The second-level of the in-law suite has a bedroom, a bonus room that could be used as a den/office/nursery, and a full bath. Shared laundry and shared outdoor space. $1900 utilities not included; $2100 utilities included (wifi, electric, heat, water) Rental starting July 1. Will consider 11-13 month rentals (until 6/1/25-8/1/25). No dogs, cats allowed.

Bristol is a historic port city in eastern Rhode Island, located about fifteen miles south of Providence. Almost completely surrounded by water, Bristol’s maritime history is the strongest influence on its culture today, and boating and fishing continue to be popular pastimes as well as economic drivers. On the south side, the waterfront campus of Roger Williams University serves around 5,000 students and employs hundreds of locals as faculty and staff members.
Numerous vintage buildings have been lovingly preserved all around town, giving Bristol a timeless atmosphere. Bristol claims the oldest continuous 4th of July celebration in the United States, dating all the way back to the first anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 1777; today, the Bristol Independence Day celebration is one of the biggest in the region.
