The Apartment:Fully furnished apartment in jewel tones, created to evoke comfort, zen and relaxation, away from the bustle of this fine city. Large windows in each room with plenty of light during the day and almost no sound from the city. There is a full sized kitchen with many high end appliances, knives, pots and pans as well as full fridge, dishwasher and 6 person dining room. We have AC in every room for the summer and plenty of heat in the winter. Netflix, Cable and Internet comes with the lease. Big bathtub for soaking.The Building39 floors high rise. We are on the third floor which is adjacent to a courtyard with easy access. The Freedom Tower clearly in view as is the Hudson River. Doorman on call 24/7 as well as building maintenance. Large, inexpensive laundry room downstairs with brand new machines. There is a parking garage attached to the building. Workout room in building for extra fee.The NeighborhoodWide, cobblestones streets are just one reason this area has boomed in the last 15 years. We are one block from the Hudson River where bikers, joggers, and dog lovers utilize the pathways. There is minigolf, sailing clubs, boats that serve drinks, skate parks and a brand new gorgeous mall all within 10 minute walk. Movie theaters, spin studios and quaint shops line the streets nearby. We are blocks from the A/C/E as well as 1/2/3 trains. There are many bankers and business people as well as college students lining the streets during the day. At night and on weekends, it is more families. Very few tourists in this neighborhood and the drinking and shenanigans is minimal. We border Soho, Chinatown, Wall Street and West Village. It is a very pleasant place to live.

Zoned in the shape of a trapezoid, Tribeca means “Triangle Below Canal Street,” and is known for its industrial warehouses that have been renovated as sophisticated lofts (and happen to be popular with many celebrities). If you enjoy being able to get what you want when you want it, then you’ll be glad to know that Tribeca shops, eateries, and bars are open even later than most in the rest of Manhattan. However, you won’t find a crazy nightlife scene. Late nights in Tribeca tend to be more low-key.
