This lease is made in all respects subject to the Lessor's obligations created by the law and by the Primary Documents and the Master Deed,Declaration of Trust,By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of this Condominium ("Condominium Documents") adopted or to be adopted by the Condominium or the Trustees. Tenant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the currently existing Condominium Documents,which shall be returned to the Unit Owner upon expiration or earlier termination of the lease.
