Just 15 minutes to the Palmer stop on the Mass Pike. 30 minutes to downtown Springfield. 45 minutes to Worcester. You CAN get there from here! The landlord covers water, sewer, waste removal, landscaping, and snow removal. The tenant is responsible for oil for radiant heat, electricity, and internet. The furnace is a Smith Cast Iron Boiler with recent updates, so heating is efficient. Ample on and off-street parking.
