Hamilton Heights is a neighborhood in the northern part of Manhattan in New York City. It is the northernmost part of the West Harlem area, along with Manhattanville and Morningside Heights to its south, and it contains the sub-neighborhood and historic district of Sugar Hill. This property only allows a six-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. The property only has access to the upstairs unit, and access to the basement unit is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay.
