About This Home
Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment Available Sept. 1-July 1. for sublease with option to renew. Location: Corner of Bradley St and South Union in downtown Burlington. 5 min walk to Church St. and about 12 min walk down to the waterfront. This is a great apartment and an amazing location that I’ve lived at for the past five years; my husband and I are only moving because we now need more than one bedroom. $1500 security deposit and $1500 for first month’s rent. Tenant pays for electric, gas, water and internet. Heat in the winter usually averages around $100/$110. New windows were installed last winter which has cut the cost down a bit; February and March are usually the highest and we also keep it around 63-65 so more expensive of you like it warmer. Off-street parking which you’ll need a permit for, ($10/year I believe). New electric oven was installed a few months ago and it works great, electric bill is a little higher, $50-$60ish. No dogs. 1 cat allowed with $250 pet deposit and signing of pet agreement. Storage in the basement. Only allowed in the pictured section, not elsewhere. No on-site laundry but there is a very clean laundromat across the street (attached to Little Gordo ice cream). Please send me an email if you’re interested and I can send you the rental application. Must be approved by Hinsdale Properties.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
