About This Property

Hello everybody, stop looking around, this is an amazing opportunity! I am looking for people who do not just want a shelter but a place where they can feel safe, relax, and grow. This is a transformational opportunity to enhance your life by living in a high vibe environment with people who value spirituality, natural cooking, and healthy behavior. You are someone who enjoys living with other people, respectful of other space, enjoys conversations and wants to be part of a household that is a good mix between quiet, private, reserved, yet fun, sound, joyful, and prosperous. The place Premium location in Frasier Meadows on oversize third acre lot. This ranch home is one of the largest in the neighborhood. Location kitty-corner from original developer's home and situated on two Boulevards is one of a kind. Original home in excellent condition offers features such as newer roof, 2 fire places, large casement windows, an open floorplan with vaulted ceiling and wood floor, heating and cooling systems (A/C), a 2 car attached garage, and a lovely yard with covered patio/deck and with strong trees. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a full finished basement that equals to other 3 bedrooms, for a total of about 4,000 square feet. Located in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood in Boulder. Beautiful park and trails right close to the property. Rooms available for rent (unfurnished or furnished for supplement in rent) and the rest of the house is common space - One big bedroom with big window and private bathroom, one closet – use of one garage spot ($1,250+utilities) - Other smaller bedroom (still big) with double closet and nice natural light ($950) - Whole basement area with own bathroom, 2 egress windows and one small window, walking closet, and fire place ($1,500/$1750+utilities) These are the people that I am looking for: - You are ideally a “real” spiritual person. You meditate, are aware of energy. You are mindful about your body, heart, mind, and spirit. You are emotionally intelligent (kind, caring, thoughtful, empathetic, and compassionate) and have experience in living with others. You are respectful and know how to communicate about your needs as well as when conflicts arise. - You are definitely neat and clean. Quick to clean up after self. Not absent minded. Lends a hand to keep things clean and neat. You look at the place where you live as a temple: no shoes on the wood floor and carpet, use or tolerate natural essential oils, and appreciate minimalism and, more general, a simple and meaningful – yet comfortable - way of living. - You value a healthy, high vibe, and harmonious environment. It means that you are into healthy eating, you do not use heavy chemicals in general of any type (for cleaning, washing, or anything else). You also avoid EMF (when possible), alcohol, a continuous use of technology, smoke (of ANY type), and loud music/noises unless you are by yourself or we are having a dinner party. - You enjoy living with different people. You are accepting and curious about other cultures, diversity, and different types of belief systems. You ideally enjoy conversations, dinner parties, mediation nights, and group spiritual practices. You think living with different people is a way to enhance your life style, to grow, and to have a richer and more fulfilling life. - Ideally, you are an appreciator of weekend afternoon siestas, value and practice a variety of healing modalities, are passionate about gardening and herbs, and want to learn and share from/with others. Above all, you are a positive and kind person. This is NOT a good fit if you fall under any of the following (AKA deal breakers): - If you need to work from home every day, this place is not good for you - If you have pets, you can’t live here. I have a service dog and he cannot have other animals around - If you need to smoke, even if you have a medical prescription, you cannot live here. I am allergic to it and cannot have it around me. Even if you think that smoking outside is fine, it will still get inside and impact on my health - You must love or be okay with dogs. As much as my service dog (black Labrador) is very well trained, he does shed and you will see some hair around - If you believe that heating or A/C must stay on during the whole night, while sleeping, this is NOT a good place for you.
