The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, tons of cabinetry, and granite countertops. The dining has two beautiful French doors that opens up to a small porch and into the backyard. The master bedroom is very large and can easily fit a king size bed. The master bathroom has a large glass shower. The bedrooms comes with ceilings fans and all windows throughout the home have blinds. Washer and dryer comes with the home. The backyard is large and private. Two off-street car parking spaces available. Small pets are welcome, weight and breed restrictions may apply. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawn care. One month's security deposit is required. Fire place is non-functional. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due at move-in. This fee is not based on the number of applicants. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 7 YEARS NO EVICTIONS OR FILED EVICTIONS ON RECORD.
