Just an 11-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The occupancy is limited to 10 guests, but by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with the exception of children related to an occupant. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations.
