Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of two pets per stay. No parties or events are allowed. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
