Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. Nearby attractions include Osbourne Park, downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, Ford Idaho Center events, Lake Lowell recreation area, and shopping centers and grocery stores. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
