Pets are welcome with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Parking is available in the garage. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Osbourne Park, this home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to everything in Nampa. Enjoy quick access to shopping, restaurants, and I-84, making it easy to explore Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Nearby attractions include Osbourne Park, downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, Ford Idaho Center events, and Lake Lowell recreation area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please do not move furniture; if furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the booking platform. Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained, and are not guaranteed. Due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present. In the rare event of a local utility outage, the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly.
