About This Property

- Gorgeous hardwood floors, modern fixtures, and lots of storage space! - Available for 1 year lease! Through the front door you’ll enter into the large living room with warm hardwood flooring and a large west facing window. One wall covered in flagstone with a hearth and gas fireplace creates a comfortable environment to relax. The living room opens into the dining area which has sliding glass doors exiting onto the covered patio and the fully fenced back yard. Entering the spacious kitchen through the dining area, there is plenty of countertop and cabinet space. The deep stainless steel farmhouse sink has a tall faucet with pulldown sprayer. Stainless steel appliances include microwave, dishwasher, glass topped range, and French door refrigerator. There is plenty of room for a breakfast nook. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and lots of built in cabinetry for storage and access to the 2 car garage. Off the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a large shower with rainfall showerhead, a basin sink, and a dual flush toilet. The three bedrooms share a second large bathroom with tub and double sink. Two bedrooms have built in shelving systems in the closets. The large backyard has mature trees and privacy fence. The home is cooled with Central AC. Live just a half mile west of Wadsworth Blvd where there are lots of shops and restaurants and quick access to I-70. A hospital is a half mile south of the home. A mile west is Anderson Park which lies along Clear Creek and offers sports fields, picnic areas, playground, pool, natural area, and trails. There is access to the paved Clear Creek Trail that stretches for 20 miles between Golden and Commerce City. Also not far from Crown Hill Park which is a wildlife sanctuary and natural area offering miles of trails and wildlife watching opportunities.
