***MONTHLY OR WEEKLY FURNISHED RENTAL ON WYASSUP LAKE! $1,600 per MONTH in February, March, and April 2024. $800 per WEEK in May, June, September, October 2024. $1,200 per WEEK in July, August 2024.*** Charming 2 bedroom waterfront lake house offers air conditioning and includes a new backyard deck overlooking the lake. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and enjoy the amazing sunsets! Unwind in the living room that features a cathedral ceiling and a large picture window with beautiful water views. A washer and dryer are available in kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The main bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Wyassup Lake is a small natural lake that provides year-round fun. Take a boat ride around the lake or enjoy kayaking, canoeing, water boarding or just relax by the water’s edge fishing. When weather warms, you may swim right from the backyard! There is a $175 nonrefundable cleaning fee for each renter stay. Renters are required to escrow a security deposit of $500. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Weekly seasonal bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
