The unit comes with new stainless steel appliances: stove, refrigerator & microwave. Washer/dryer as well. The entire unit is tile and is 2 story. Pets are allowed with a $400 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. No large dogs allowed. The rent is $1200 for a one year lease & a $600 security deposit.
