Hello! I am looking to SUBLEASE my apartment in the month of May. My lease ends on July 31st, and I am looking to move by the end of May. The moving process includes a sublease fee, which I will fully cover. As far as the application process goes for Venue, you would need to come on over to the front office to sign over lease agreement papers/screening. There would be two options for how to start paying. The first option is to have a parent/guardian cosign with you to "ensure financial security" (Venue sublease policy). This makes the process free, and you would be able to start making monthly payments on June 1st. The second option would be to make a down-payment two months deposit, applicable to the months of June and July. It is a choice for those who are unable to cosign with a parent/guardian. July 31st is when the lease ends, and is then able to be renewed. Please feel free to call about any questions you have! Amenities of the apartment complex include 2 pools, dog walk park, volleyball court, game room, cafe, gym, tanning rooms, and computer lab. There are also two elevators in both buildings. The room for sale at 620/month has a bed with a frame and mattress, a desk with a chair, a nightstand, and a TV with cable hookup. The cable, water, and electricity are included in the rent price. Electricity usage should be watched, otherwise the management may charge you extra on your rent for overages. There is carpet in the bedroom/closet area and hardwood floors for the bathroom. The room has two large windows that can open with a nice view! I keep the place very clean and make sure to vacuum and wipe stuff down every week so the air quality is nice. Shared space between three other roommates includes a living room, kitchen, and washer+dryer closet. Amenities include a couch, living room rug, sofa chair, four bar stools, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal in the sink, and dishwasher. If you are looking to move into the USF area sometime in May and if this sounds like an offer you would be interested in, feel free to contact me with any questions. I will be paying May's rent as well as a subleasing fee, so the room would be yours once you move your stuff in during the month of May. Then, you would be able to take over the rent payment in June. Rent is due by the end of the 3rd of every month, otherwise there is a $50 late fee to the account. If you wish to park your car, there is a parking decal that you must purchase, otherwise a tow truck will come and remove cars that are parked in places other than visitor spots. Pet fees must be discussed with management, as I did not have any pets in my apartment. Contact me for more information! Parking permits are sold to renters at the front office.
