This secluded woodland sanctuary is only minutes from grocery stores, great restaurants, coffee shops and the local library. Situated in the Beaverdam Valley you'll enjoy a large private patio in beautiful open woods with a 3 minute morning walk to an expansive view of the mountains. We sometimes consider other lease duration options based on circumstances. (Apartments' listing doesn't accommodate this, and we are not offering a 6 month lease at this time of year.) ALL utilities are included in the rental price, including internet connection and ROKU TV, so you will have no additional housing costs. Non smokers only, no pets allowed. A refundable deposit is required to cover any damages to the property and final cleaning (if not left in same condition as initially provided).
