Quaint enough with its unique charm, yet spacious for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The house offers one-level living with a king bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, a second full bathroom, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining room, and an outdoor space with furniture and a fire pit (bring your own wood). Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, it can be blocked off for you at half the price. The same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, the night can be blocked off for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. Wildcat Cottage is located in Inglewood, a small suburb on the north end of East Nashville. It's a rapidly evolving community with new construction and development. You will need transportation to and from the house, but as it's located close to Ellington Parkway, it's a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere in the city. Unapproved visitors, events, or parties may result in early checkout and additional fees of $500 or more. Exterior cameras are used for safety and property protection. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Quiet hours are to be respected by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Do not park in the yard or use the neighbor's driveway. Per Davidson County city ordinance, the principal renter must be at least 21 years old. No glitter or confetti is allowed. Do not use hair dye in the showers as it leaves stains. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville, Inglewood sits along Gallatin Pike and is bounded to the east by the Cumberland River. The neighborhood is anchored by the Tanglewood Historic District, a collection of cabins and log houses dating back more than 200 years. There are local coffee shops, Chinese restaurants, and barbecue spots along the pike, and a few big-box stores farther north near Highway 31.
