This 750 sq ft apartment is a 1 bed/1bath with a large living space, beautiful kitchen (with granite counter tops and energy efficient appliances), walk in utility room with washer and dryer, and a porch that looks out onto lakes and conservation land adjacent to Avalon Park. The apartment property includes a resort-style swimming pool, plenty of grills and picnic areas, and a great fitness studio with plenty of equipment. We absolutely love this place, and would stay here longer if we were not buying a home. The staff are easy to work with, neighbors are friendly, and the property is secured and safe. This development is close to the Waterford Town Center, and is a short drive away from UCF. The 528, 417, and 408 are easily accessible from this location, and the complex is tucked away in a nice location that avoids a lot of busy traffic. My fiance and I are moving out of the apartment at the end of June. We are trying to find somebody to transfer our lease to. This will mean who ever would like to rent this apartment will be signed on to our lease, then we will take our names off completely. This lease goes until next May, and is locked at a lower rate than what is currently being offered. Currently we plan to be out of the apartment completely by the 28th of June. We are looking for someone who would be able to move in and pay rent starting July 1st. Since it is such short notice, when we hand the keys to the next renter on the 28th of June, the last couple of days in June will be free for you, as we have already paid for the entire month. Also, you will not be required to pay a security deposit, and we have already done so with our existing lease. Please contact me for more details. Thank you!
