Poor maintenance
Building is dirty most of the time smells just like dumpster outside, you can smell marijuana smoke as you enter, neighbors upstairs play loud music most nights, manager is no help when you ask to review cameras. Owner assistant tells you he will get back to you and never does, building is falling apart, management does a very poor job of fixing faults, an apartment which I visited toilet upstairs leaks and poop comes through celing, just imaging smell and clean up that bottom apt must d on a daily basis. Not worth the stay nor the money, no place to park it really sucks. WILL REGREAT!!!!
