Enjoy access to the community pool and the attached garage for easy parking. Nearby highlights include Kyle Field, Century Square, and the Northgate District, all within 10 minutes. H-E-B, Target, and Starbucks are also nearby. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No grill is onsite. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If trash is left on the property or outside the front door, there will be a $20 charge.
