Why we love this (pet friendly) apartment! We are proud to offer this truly unique Spacious and Gracious apartment for rent. Conveniently located between I75 and I71, and on the Metro line to downtown; the medical center and the University of Cincinnati, just minutes to Hyde Park shopping. We are across from Xavier University's greenspaces which allows us to take advantage of classes, lectures and food on campus, , but not near actual classes. All residential area (not like area around UC ! Owner is an alum of both universities and finds this area ever so much nicer). This is not a student building (quiet grad student considered); we frequently rent to physicians who love the proximity to the hospitals and professors who are minutes from their classes. Beautiful sunrises in the morning from the front porch (so relaxing and peaceful for morning coffees and the newspaper) and twinkling lights in the evenings. The architecturally beautiful building looks like one of the turn of the century (last century!) single family houses on the street, but it was designed and built as an original fourplex so all four apartments offer fantastic floor plans. The building has a front porch, and also a back patio for private pique-niques. The apartment offers the olde world charme of ... Seven closets plus extra storage Eighteen newer energy efficient windows allow for tons of natural lighting. Huge living room; Large formal dining room and interior French doors provide for inner-apartment privacy. The apartment faces east -- great for plant lovers.
