This spacious South Nampa retreat was designed to provide both comfort and flexibility for groups and families. The open-concept living area allows guests to gather easily for meals, conversation, or relaxing evenings after exploring the area. The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with flexible sleeping options, including a king bed in the primary suite, queen beds in additional bedrooms, twin trundle beds for extra guests, and an air mattress available for additional sleeping space. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. The home offers private driveway parking and easy access to major routes connecting downtown Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and Treasure Valley wine country. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. The home is located in a quiet South Nampa neighborhood, offering a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to local attractions. Nearby highlights include local wineries and vineyards, downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, shopping centers and grocery stores, and parks and outdoor recreation. This is a quiet neighborhood where normal residential sounds such as pets, vehicles, or nearby activity may occasionally be heard. Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please treat the home with care and respect. Excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or sink.
