This thoughtfully designed space features an open-concept living area flooded with natural light, sleek industrial touches, modern furnishings, and large windows showcasing stunning waterfront scenery. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the open living and dining areas are designed for gathering. Includes a giant octopus mural. Enjoy your very own private backyard oasis with a hot tub overlooking the marsh, a fire pit under the stars, and a BBQ for grilling up dinner. A putting green is also available. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and the stay may be ended early. No cats are allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Early arrivals and late check-outs are available for an additional fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours, subject to approval. Despite being so close to everything, this home still offers a quiet and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Primary guests must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are permitted); extra cleaning fees apply for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness. Do not bring oils, lotions, or soaps into the hot tub. Follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play). Any damage to the hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. [SI]
