Eleven solar panels will help off-set the electric bill, and the house is hooked up to Connexion fiber internet. Located in a quiet neighborhood, towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Lots of large green belts and open spaces, including in front of and behind the house. There's a small park and natural area at the end of the street with great walking paths. Bring your dog! Property allows small and medium sized dogs with a $300 refundable pet deposit. Sorry, no cats. Other pets may be allowable on case-by-case basis. No smoking. Tenants pay all utilities (water, electric, sewer, gas) and must have renters insurance. Tenants required to maintain yards. Available December 1st, possibly late November if necessary.
