Each bedroom is rented individually, with a private bathroom, and shared access to a living room, kitchen, and private back patio. This is a great setup for students who want the benefits of off-campus housing without sacrificing convenience or community. Whether you're coming in solo or with friends, you’ll enjoy a comfortable, secure space with top-tier amenities designed for student life. More about the apartment itself: Individually leased bedrooms with private baths In-unit washer and dryer Partially furnished common dining/living room (dining table/chairs provided and TV stand) New stainless steel kitchen appliances Community Perks: Two resort-style pools Fitness center Beach volleyball, tennis & basketball courts Clubhouse with theater room, tanning booth, and computer lab Private shuttle service directly to UT campus allowing you to skip a parking pass if desired (I personally took this shuttle to my classes every day when I lived here and preferred it over driving and finding parking myself) Gated complex Rent per bedroom: $720 (for 12-month lease).
