The living room/great room has a comfortable 3 seat leather couch, 55” Samsung Flat screen TV, and a full office setup. This office set up includes a standing desk, 2nd monitor, and fast fiber powered wifi. The unit will also include a window mounted air conditioner and and tower fan. The Bedroom features two large open closets, a new bedroom furniture set, a premium memory foam mattress, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the patio and fully fenced in backyard, as well as the shades and drapes to close them up for privacy! A 6ft Cedar privacy fence surrounds the quarter acre backyard, and features spaces to be able to enjoy all year round. A newly built 12x12 patio offers space for entertaining. You will also be able to use the provided patio furniture, and fire pit, to enjoy the privacy of the backyard in the colder months. Tenants will also have access to storage in both the basement as well as the “shed/crawlspace area”. The basement will be shared access with the other unit and the property manager. The insulated “shed/crawl space” that is adjacent to the basement is about 5’ 7” tall, with enough space for several kayaks, paddleboards, motorcycles, etc. All utilities are included: Water, Hot Water, Sewer and Separate metered electric. There will be a $300/mo cap on electric usage in the lease (any amount over this will be billed). This is a NO Smoking unit, and Pets ARE allowed! If the pet is a dog, the only requirement is that they are friendly with other dogs. 12 month lease is preferred, but other lease terms are negotiable. With 2 off street parking spots included (front back on one side of the driveway), this property allows you to live within 1 mile of downtown dover and the Amtrak Downeaster, 15 minutes from UNH and Portsmouth, and close to local bus routes that connect you directly with Great Bay Community College, Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, and other major parts of the Seacoast!
