A 6ft Cedar privacy fence surrounds the quarter acre backyard, and features spaces to be able to enjoy all year round. A newly built 12x12 patio offers space for entertaining. You will also be able to use the provided patio furniture, and fire pit, to enjoy the privacy of the backyard in the colder months. Tenants will also have access to storage in both the basement as well as the “shed/crawlspace area”. The basement will be shared access with the other unit and the property manager. The insulated “shed/crawl space” that is adjacent to the basement is about 5’ 7” tall, with enough space for several kayaks, paddleboards, motorcycles, etc. All utilities are included: Water, Hot Water, Sewer and Separate metered electric. There will be a $300/mo cap on electric usage in the lease (any amount over this will be billed). This is a NO Smoking unit, and Pets ARE allowed!
