Nice quiet Gilbert neighborhood. This house is located on a big lot almost .25 an acre. Newer carpet in the bedrooms and new toilets. Low maintenance landscaping with artificial turf. Close to San Tan Village Mall and Queen Creek. Not far from downtown Chandler or downtown Gilbert. Master bedroom has black out shades. The house has an open living space and a split bedroom plan. Front loading washer/dryer is included with the home. The landscaping and pest control is covered and included with the rent. A little bit about what I am looking for and about me: I know this may sound harsh, but I need to be upfront for your benefit and mine. Looking for a family/couple or individual to rent out the home. The lease is strictly enforced and all people living in the home must be on the lease and pass a background check and proof of employment. This is a quiet neighborhood with an HOA. All vehicles need to be in the garage or in the driveway and those vehicles will need to be listed on the lease. I understand most people have pets. I prefer no pets as I have had very bad experiences with pets damaging property. If a pet is to be on the property, there is an additional increase in rent and deposit with additional agreements in the lease. Basically, make sure your pet doesn’t eat the blinds/doors/pee on the carpet or tear up the artificial turf. I love dogs and even cats now. I know it possible to own a pet and make sure they do not cause damage. I am an honest person looking for the same to rent this home too and expect good communication. Absolutely no smoking in the house. The irrigation is set up so that the plants won’t die. It doesn't cost much at all. I lived here and after I left my brother did. If there is any issue with the water bill let’s talk.
