With over 20 different types of utensils and cooking-ware (spatulas, pots, wine opener, can opener, whisk, colander etc); we threw in everything and the kitchen sink. If there is a an essential kitchen item you need that we didn’t include, we will purchase it for the home at no cost to you. ?? After a long day, you are sure to want to enjoy a comfortable shower in our nautical themed bathroom. The industrial size water heater ensures the water pressure is great, and stays hot for a while. ??But wait there’s more! ?? Binge watch your fav shows complimentary, on Netflix, Hulu, Starz, and Prime Video. ??Light breakfast items such as coffee, tea, and oatmeal are complimentary. ?? No need to find a laundromat. You will be able to wash everyone’s clothes in no time, with our state of the art, extra large capacity washer and dryer in the shared basement. ?? As our guest you can have month to month access to the: gym, olympic size pool, basketball court, sauna, and hot tub for $50 a month, per person. Through this exclusive partnership, there is no contract or commitment. ?? This location is a 13 min drive ??Hours are subject to change based on the gym itself but are the following: Mon-Fri 5 AM to 10 PM Sat-Sun 8 AM to 8 PM. ______________Sanitation___________ ??COVID cleaning & disinfectant process: ?? High contact surfaces including couches, door knobs, remotes, and all surfaces are disinfected inline with the CDC’s guidelines before and after each guest. ?? For building compliance & to ensure the safety/security of you and the rented property we require a third party verification using your government issued ID through any of the third party companies that we use such as Superhog, Keycheck, Mysmartmove, and/or Authost. 2. Check in time is never before 4 PM unless prior approval is agreed to by host 3. All bookings will be charged a separate & refundable, professional linen cleaning, & incidental fee. 4. Washing and drying is in basement and is charged per 3 hours. Soap, bleach, and fabric softener are always provided. Gym access to the Royal Oak LA 5. Fitness is $50 per month, per guest if you choose to add this amenity to your stay. 6. During monthly stays we always perform a mid-stay check every 12 days or so. This allows us to keep the property in good working condition by removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and refilling all of the toiletries. 7. A maximum of 2 cats are allowed (unless explicitly given permission to bring more) with prior approval plus a pet fee and deposit. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed (unless explicitly given permission to bring more) with prior approval plus a pet fee and deposit. Proof of flea and tick prevention must be provided at least 24 hours before check in date. Cats/dogs must be crated whenever the owner has left the property. You authorize us to charge you accordingly for any damages that your pet has caused to whatever payment methods are on file. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture whatsoever for any reason. 8. All loud music must be turned off by 1 AM sharp, with absolutely no exceptions. Also all loud talking, yelling or any noises must be brought to a low volume by 1 AM.
