Our complexes are located in San Mateo with easy access to freeways 101 & 280, ideally situated near Hillsdale Mall and offer convenient access to Caltrain, freeways, dining and local entertainment, all convenience shops are only a block away, offering great services. We offer a combination of quality features and amenities that make coming home a pleasure. Such as: Ample storage, efficient kitchens, mirrored closet doors, spacious bathtubs. There is controlled access into each building, gated garage with parking and storage at no extra cost. On-site laundry facilities, BBQ/picnic area, bike storage, elevators and heated Pool. Lease Terms: 12 Months NO Smoking prohibited on property. Deposit Amounts: All units have a base starting deposit rate of half a month rent, which may be further customized based on individual circumstances. Application Fee:$30.00 Utilities: RESIDENT pays for PG&E. As well as for Water, Garbage, Sewer, and Water Heating. Pet Policy: For an additional $50 per month, we will allow up to two pets. Cats or Dogs must be 30 lb. or less. Rental Qualification Requirements: 1- Monthly Gross income equivalent to (3.00) times monthly rent. 2- Satisfactory credit. 3- Copy of I.D & Paystubs
