Your new pet friendly DELUXE one bedroom home is on the 1ST floor, has a private entrance, a HUGE walk in closet where you will find your awesome new washer and dryer, brand new luxury flooring, 2 extra large ceiling fans with built in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra large rooms, extra large brand new energy efficient windows, extra large full bath with gorgeous new vanity, lights and mirror, and a fancy shower head. The ONE OF A KIND kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. All of our apartments are sunny and super clean, non-smoking, and have front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Check out our designer relaxation area, sparkling clean sidewalks and trash center, picnic tables, grills and swings. We promise to make your experience fun, stress free, and most of all unforgettable! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with canines paying a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canines are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Autumn Chase Apartment Community is close to everything important in Myrtle Beach including the gorgeous South Carolina beaches, 9 pickleball courts, parks for humans and fur babies) shows, golfing, 6 hall of fames, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, fireworks, live music and so much more! All Apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly. This apartment is truly remarkable and the only one of it's kind so HURRY! This won't last long! Securing an apartment is easy. First, you complete our online application- easily found at then you submit a photo ID and your written income verification. It's just this easy! Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,612.00 ($43,350.00 annually) please call for additional application qualifications. Security deposit of $1,645.00 is due with your signed 12-month lease. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent.
